Soulwax return this Friday, 17 October, with their highly anticipated new album “All Systems Are Lying” — their first studio album in seven years.
To mark the release, on Wednesday 15 October at approximately 8pm local time in Brussels, the band projected the album’s charged title — ALL SYSTEMS ARE LYING — across a selection of landmark sites in the heart of the city including the iconic European Commission building. The bold image turns the album’s themes of communication, noise and distorted truths into a stark, cinematic statement in public space.
Later that night, the album cover was projected on the stripped Belgacom tower building in Ghent, right across the DEEWEE studio.

All across the world, fans have been able to listen to the new album. There have been listening sessions in major cities, and there was an online album listening party on Bandcamp. The latter was a very nice experience to listen to the album for the first time with fans from Belgium, Mexico, USA, Vietnam, Australia, France, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands and other countries and discuss the new tracks in real time (or was it in New Earth Time?).

Dave and Steph are cover stars for the Autumn/Winter ‘25/‘26 issue of the Disco Pogo magazine. The Dewaele brothers talk to Disco Pogo about their disregard for the music ‘manual’, their father’s connection to The Small Faces and why they were an awful ‘normal’ band…
You can preorder the magazine here.

The line-up of DEEWEEKEND in Ghent has been revealed. It includes some familiar and new names like HATIHATI and a SURPRISE ACT on Saturday?
